The units comprise of 2 x 20ft standard ISO containers with twist locks.

The kitchens are built into DROPS containers so that they can be easily deployed in the field.

They have 1 generator which runs the two units making them completely autonomous.

They can cater for up to 800 men these units have a modular design and are very modern in appearance. Included in the set are boilers / deep fat fryers / hot plates / fridges / plate washers / etc???
