The ELC 500 is designed to cater for up to 800 people
The kitchen set comprises of 2x 20ft containers which are connected together to include preparation, cooking and serving of the meals which includes its own power production making it the ideal unit to be operated in remote areas
The 2x 20ft ISO containers are built in with DROPS capability and 4 folding stabilisation corner legs for levelling
The complete kitchen equipment is full electric powered and heated, monitored by a sophisticated inverter and a diesel powered electric generator continuous work capable, including full lighting.
The ELC 500 is very easy to deploy and ready to work in 2 hours with 4 people. The lateral folding sides are easy to open with gas jacks and are jointed by a new flexible waterproof tarpaulin.
